Mitoya Gelato & Tea House is looking for an energetic and reliable Full-Time Cafe Operator to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu. As the heart of our cafe, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm, inviting environment where every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality gelato, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including dining areas and equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the promotion of daily specials and seasonal menu items.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and inventory management.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shift.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
