Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food according to GYZ recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet service times.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen crew and front-of-house staff.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Uphold the GYG brand image through excellent food presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
