Join ACLC College's dynamic academic team as a Full Time College Faculty for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program. Located in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, we're seeking passionate educators to shape the next generation of IT professionals. This role combines classroom excellence with administrative support to deliver comprehensive technical education. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in Computer Science subjects including programming, algorithms, and data structures
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies
- Monitor student progress through assessments, projects, and academic advising
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and accreditation processes
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to institutional reporting
- Provide mentorship to student research initiatives and technical competitions
- Support academic operations including exam coordination and laboratory supervision
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (Bachelor's with exceptional experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience at higher education level
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++) and software development
- Industry experience in software engineering or IT systems preferred
- Certification in pedagogy or educational technology advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
