Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in BSIT core and elective subjects
- Monitor student academic progress and provide personalized guidance
- Develop and update course materials aligned with industry standards
- Conduct student assessments and maintain accurate academic records
- Support departmental operations including curriculum review and accreditation
- Participate in faculty committees and professional development activities
- Mentor student projects and industry collaboration initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Master's degree preferred with 2+ years teaching experience
- Strong proficiency in programming, databases, and networking
- Valid professional teaching license (LET) is required
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and student engagement skills
