Join ACLC College's dynamic academic team as a Full-Time College Instructor for our Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program in Olongapo City. You'll deliver engaging lectures across core IT subjects including programming, databases, networking, and systems analysis, while fostering critical thinking and practical skills development. Beyond classroom instruction, you'll monitor student progress through assessments and personalized feedback, ensuring academic excellence. The position requires collaboration with faculty to enhance curriculum relevance, participation in academic committees, and support for institutional reporting initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in BSIT curriculum areas including programming, databases, networking, and software development
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with industry standards
- Monitor student academic progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations
- Provide personalized academic guidance and mentorship to support student success
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and academic program reviews
- Prepare and submit academic reports, grades, and student performance documentation
- Stay current with emerging IT trends and integrate new technologies into teaching methodologies
- Collaborate with administrative staff to support academic operations and institutional goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in higher education or corporate IT training
- Strong technical proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), database management, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse student groups
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license (if applicable)
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program assessment
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered education and continuous professional development
