Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver Instruction: Conduct engaging lectures and laboratory demonstrations for BSIT courses, including Programming, Web Development, and Database Management.
- Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive course outlines, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with college standards.
- Student Monitoring: Track student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer academic guidance to ensure course completion.
- Academic Reporting: Maintain accurate student records, submit progress reports, and participate in faculty meetings.
- Technology Integration: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload materials, grade assignments, and facilitate online learning.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous training and curriculum revision workshops to stay updated with industry trends.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience in a college setting is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid command of IT subjects, programming languages, and software applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
- License: PRC Registered Teacher or Professional License is a significant advantage.
