Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and laboratory sessions in BSIT subjects, including programming, web development, and database management.
- Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials to align with industry standards.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance, counseling, and mentorship to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
- Maintain accurate student records and submit timely academic reports and operational updates.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and other academic committees.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education, vocational training, or a related industry setting.
- Strong command of IT concepts, programming languages, and software tools relevant to the BSIT curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Certification as a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) or completion of a teacher training program is an advantage.
