In this role, you will be responsible for teaching core Information Technology subjects, designing innovative lesson plans, and mentoring students to ensure their academic success. Beyond the classroom, you will play a crucial role in monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate academic records, and supporting the college's daily operations and reporting requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical training in various Information Technology subjects.
- Develop, prepare, and update course materials and syllabi.
- Conduct assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Monitor student performance and attendance, intervening when necessary to support academic progress.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare comprehensive academic reports.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
- Support college administrative functions and student services initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSIT) or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
- Strong technical proficiency in programming languages, databases, or web development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and office software.
- High level of patience, dedication, and professionalism.
