You will support the college's academic operations by maintaining accurate records, participating in curriculum development, and providing mentorship to aspiring IT professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and laboratory sessions in various Information Technology subjects, including programming, web development, and database management.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic performance to provide timely feedback and interventions.
- Develop, update, and utilize instructional materials, slides, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct practical exams, project evaluations, and grading in accordance with college standards.
- Maintain accurate student records, including gradebooks and progress reports, and submit them on time.
- Provide academic advising and career guidance to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum relevance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and college-wide events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (BSIT) or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
- Relevant professional experience in the IT industry is strongly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in a higher education institution or vocational training center is a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, for effective instruction.
- Proficiency in current IT tools, software, and programming languages relevant to the BSIT curriculum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for student success and mentorship.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced educational environment.
