Tanggung Jawab
- Teach core and elective Information Technology (IT) subjects according to the established curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, examinations, and practical laboratory sessions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive course outlines, detailed lesson plans, and timely academic reports.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and hands-on training to enhance student understanding.
- Guide students effectively in their academic research projects, thesis requirements, and capstone activities.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and various institutional activities.
- Provide mentorship and academic support to students facing challenges to ensure their retention and success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience in a higher education institution (preferred).
- Strong command of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and modern IT concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
- Professional IT certification (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Dumaguete City.
