Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in various IT subjects including programming, database systems, networking, and software development
- Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and assessment methods aligned with industry standards
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, exams, and practical assessments
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to BSIT students to support their learning and career development
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic improvement initiatives
- Contribute to academic operations, including student advising, record keeping, and reporting
- Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends to ensure relevant and up-to-date curriculum
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with exceptional experience may be considered)
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in IT-related subjects
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, networking, and software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse student populations
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current in the IT field
- Preference for candidates with industry experience or relevant professional certifications
