Tanggung Jawab
- Teach BSIT core and elective subjects including programming, web development, and database management.
- Develop, update, and implement course syllabi and instructional materials.
- Conduct lectures, laboratory sessions, and group discussions to facilitate active learning.
- Assess student assignments, quizzes, projects, and final examinations in a timely manner.
- Mentor and guide students academically to ensure their progression and success.
- Monitor student attendance and progress, providing constructive feedback and support when needed.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and academic committees.
- Support academic operations, student affairs, and departmental reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience in a higher education institution.
- Strong command of IT concepts, programming languages, and modern software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented academic environment.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, student development, and lifelong learning.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle) are a strong advantage.
