Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and facilitate discussions on core IT subjects, including programming, database management, and networking.
- Develop, review, and update lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools to align with curriculum standards.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to help students navigate their degree requirements and career paths.
- Support academic operations, including maintaining accurate student records, grading, and preparing required reports.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and professional training sessions.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) effectively to enhance the online and offline learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant industry experience or teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of IT concepts, including programming languages (Java, Python, C#), software development, and systems analysis.
- Proficient in using office productivity tools and learning management systems.
- Possess a strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
- Valid Professional Teaching License or relevant certifications are a plus.
