Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging instruction for BSIT core and elective courses including programming, databases, networking, and systems analysis
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies
- Monitor student academic progress through assessments, projects, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to institutional reporting requirements
- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation processes, and program enhancement initiatives
- Mentor students in research projects, thesis development, and career preparation
- Utilize learning management systems and educational technology to enhance delivery methods
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's with exceptional industry experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in higher education or corporate IT training
- Strong expertise in programming languages, database management, and networking fundamentals
- Professional certification in relevant IT domains (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
- Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teaching (if applicable)
