Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality lectures and laboratory sessions in various BSIT subjects, ensuring alignment with the college curriculum.
- Develop, update, and review course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Advise and mentor students regarding academic requirements, career paths, and professional development.
- Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment that promotes active learning and discipline.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, committee assignments, and professional development workshops to stay current with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic administration to support college operations, student recruitment, and reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- At least one to two years of teaching experience in a college or university setting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in current programming languages, web development, database management, or networking technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to engage students, facilitate effective learning, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Must be willing to work full-time, including potential weekend or evening classes as required by the academic calendar.
