- Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness across all restaurant operations
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to brand specifications and freshness requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive order taking and prompt assistance
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Assist in opening/closing duties including proper setup and sanitation
Kualifikasi
