Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods within the North-East region and surrounding areas.
- Perform timely pick-up and delivery of parcels while adhering to scheduled routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain electronic proof of delivery (POD) via our mobile application.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding traffic conditions or delivery delays.
- Handle parcels with care, ensuring zero damage during the transit process.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers during every interaction.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the North-East region and proficiency in using GPS navigation tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry parcels of varying weights when required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is highly advantageous.
- Able to commit to full-time working hours including weekends if required.
