Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for patient treatments
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories between patients
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatments
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients and address any concerns
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering dental supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Kualifikasi
- Dental Assistant certification or relevant qualification (Diploma/Degree in Dental Assisting preferred)
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to put patients at ease
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is advantageous
