We are committed to providing high-quality language training, and we need an enthusiastic professional who can deliver engaging lessons both online and on-site.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting English language training sessions using our approved curriculum and materials. You will help students build confidence in their communication skills, improve their grammar, and enhance their overall proficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct interactive English language training sessions for students, utilizing approved curriculum and teaching materials.
- Deliver lessons effectively both onsite at our Quezon City center and online via virtual platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment to encourage student participation and engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their goals.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding course progress and learning outcomes.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of teaching resources and instructional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
- Demonstrated teaching experience or certification is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to students.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
