Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent ESL teaching certification
- Previous experience teaching reading to ESL students
- Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation
- Proficiency in using digital teaching platforms and educational technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Patient, creative, and culturally sensitive teaching approach
