Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with exceptional service, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve Japanese cuisine with attention to presentation and quality
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between customer rotations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: Secondary education or equivalent
- Prior experience in F&B service is advantageous but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good command of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays as required
