Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
- Expertly craft gelato and desserts according to recipes.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and cleaning duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic service area and dining space.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash and card transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Upsell products and promote daily specials to enhance customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizen eligible for employment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and desserts.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high standards of personal grooming.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
