Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging IELTS preparation lessons covering all exam modules
- Assess student progress through regular mock tests and performance evaluations
- Create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and goals
- Provide constructive feedback on writing and speaking tasks to improve proficiency
- Stay updated with latest IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum materials and teaching resources
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports for academic monitoring
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Proven experience teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency exams
- Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent command of grammar and vocabulary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate students
- Relevant teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent)
- Patient and adaptable teaching style for diverse learning abilities
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and assessment materials
