- Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children aged 3-6 years in a structured learning environment
- Monitor children's developmental progress and maintain detailed observational records
- Foster positive parent-teacher relationships through regular communication and feedback sessions
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate multicultural activities and social-emotional learning
- Adhere to center policies, licensing requirements, and health/safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in kindergarten or childcare settings
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, patient demeanor with genuine passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
