Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate ingredients according to Gin Soba’s signature recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist lead chefs in daily kitchen operations, including prep work and cleaning.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Ensure efficient communication with the front-of-house team to guarantee timely food delivery.
- Adhere strictly to personal hygiene and food handling safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is highly preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, strong discipline, and a willingness to learn.
