Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Perform market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the digital space.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and file management.
- Create and edit digital content, including graphics and basic video editing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (experience is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer service/remote role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
