Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging programming curriculum for kids and teens aged 8-17
- Teach fundamental programming concepts using age-appropriate tools and languages
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Organize and conduct coding workshops, hackathons, and other tech-related events
- Stay updated with the latest programming trends and educational methodologies
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall learning experience
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Scratch
- Previous teaching experience, preferably with children or teenagers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching technology
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
