Tanggung Jawab
- Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models for various engineering projects using Revit.
- Design and draft comprehensive stormwater and drainage systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize custom Revit templates and parametric families to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure design intent and technical accuracy are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate design elements across different engineering disciplines.
- Manage project files and documentation efficiently within a cloud-based environment.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM trends and software updates to suggest continuous improvements to drafting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in structural and civil drafting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating complex Revit families and managing templates.
- Solid understanding of structural framing and stormwater management design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a remote, independent work setting.
- Home office setup with high-speed internet and necessary hardware for BIM processing.
