- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests.
- Assist in food delivery and table management according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area in compliance with food hygiene policies.
- Handle POS terminal operations and perform accurate cashiering duties.
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and manage seating requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service workflow.
- Assist in daily opening and closing store procedures.
