Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium tea beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with detailed tea knowledge recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tea preparation areas and customer spaces
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and restocking of tea supplies, ingredients, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in product training to enhance tea expertise and brewing skills
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company protocols
Kualifikasi
