Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality tea beverages according to brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure food safety compliance.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service flow.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Passion for food and beverage, with a specific interest in tea or coffee.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
