Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students in various subjects according to the curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning development
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student needs
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students
- Monitor and track student attendance, performance, and overall progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and achievements
- Collaborate with fellow tutors to share teaching strategies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field preferred
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about education
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Good organizational and time management skills
