Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to guest preferences and special requests
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Manage table cleanliness and ensure timely table turnover between guests
- Process payments and handle cash/POS transactions with precision
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure seamless order execution
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous waiter or front-of-house experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
