Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and guest preferences
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure dining areas maintain pristine cleanliness and professional presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with diplomacy
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to team training sessions and service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Positive attitude with genuine customer service orientation
- Physical stamina for extended standing and carrying trays
