Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking and packing of goods according to delivery orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain high levels of stock accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments safely using proper manual handling techniques or equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (WSH).
- Assist in the receiving of incoming goods and perform quality checks upon arrival.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels in real-time.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor and standing for long periods.
- Basic proficiency in English to read labels and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and standard warehouse operations.
