The Role
As a Warehouse Sorter, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your primary task is the efficient and accurate sorting of parcels. Tanggung Jawab
- Sort and segregate parcels according to assigned zones, routes, and delivery schedules.
- Efficiently scan, label, and track packages using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from delivery trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to ensure operational safety.
- Inspect parcels for damages and escalate any issues to the supervising team.
- Meet daily sortation targets while maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Able to work full-time (shift work, weekends, and public holidays included).
- Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting parcels up to 15 kg.
- Possess basic numeracy and literacy skills for scanning and sorting tasks.
- Previous warehousing, logistics, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
