Join Asia Brewery Incorporated's dynamic team as a Fullgoods Department Head at our El Salvador plant. This pivotal role oversees end-to-end fullgoods warehouse operations, ensuring seamless receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy. You'll be accountable for maintaining operational excellence, implementing lean practices, and optimizing resource utilization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position demands strategic leadership to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accountability across all warehouse functions. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to align fullgoods operations with production schedules and business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fullgoods warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through systematic reconciliation and cycle counting
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Establish and enforce safety protocols, security measures, and compliance with company policies
- Monitor KPIs and develop improvement strategies for warehouse performance
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance departments for seamless operations
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment, materials, and personnel allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in warehouse operations with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment with shift flexibility
- Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management preferred
