Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards (Senior level).
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous unit testing, automated integration tests, and peer code reviews.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and third-party APIs seamlessly.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our tech stack at the cutting edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Consultant Level: 4 to 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Senior Consultant Level: At least 7 years of professional experience with a proven track record of technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- In-depth experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
