- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
- Support in training junior staff and implementing new cooking techniques
- Contribute to menu development through recipe testing and feedback
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
