Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing dashi stock according to standard recipes.
- Assist in the daily preparation and cooking of Soba noodles and traditional Japanese dishes.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and service areas.
- Manage food inventory, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the Head Chef.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use to meet safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (Sertifikat Keamanan Pangan) is required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese culinary terms and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and presentation.
