Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programming curricula for children and teenagers
- Deliver interactive coding lessons using visual programming languages and frameworks
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Create engaging educational materials including worksheets, projects, and assessments
- Organize and facilitate coding workshops and competitions
- Collaborate with curriculum team to refine teaching methodologies
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration
- Track student achievements and prepare progress reports for parents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience with children/teenagers
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch)
- Certification in educational technology or STEM teaching preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Creative approach to designing interactive learning activities
- Patient and adaptable teaching style for diverse learning abilities
- Experience with online learning platforms and digital classroom tools
