- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for enterprise software solutions
- Configure, implement, and customize CRM, ERP, HCM, and Zendesk systems
- Lead user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues
- Optimize system performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs
- Document processes and maintain knowledge repositories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing/supporting enterprise software (CRM/ERP/HCM)
- Proficiency in Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with API integrations
