EPS Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in KL Eco City. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business financial requirements and innovative SAP solutions, driving efficiency and excellence for our diverse portfolio of clients.
As a Functional Consultant (SAP FICO), you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline financial processes, optimize reporting, and ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules based on unique business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate needs into functional specifications for SAP development teams.
- Provide expert-level functional support for daily operations, including troubleshooting, system testing, and user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules like SD, MM, and PP.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present SAP best-practice solutions.
- Manage system documentation, including functional design documents, test scripts, and end-user manuals.
- Optimize financial closing processes and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.
- Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
- Expertise in integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- SAP certification (S/4HANA Finance) is highly preferred.
