Are you an experienced Functional Consultant with a passion for ERP systems? We are looking for a highly skilled Functional ERP/Odoo Consultant to lead our Odoo project delivery in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Odoo solutions are perfectly tailored to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
You will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—from initial scoping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis, through to system configuration, rigorous testing, comprehensive user training, and seamless go-live support. Your deep functional expertise will be crucial in configuring Odoo core modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, HR, Manufacturing) to align precisely with our unique business processes. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing data migration activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations, acting as the primary functional point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis, requirements gathering workshops, and gap analysis to design optimal Odoo solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Odoo workflows, dashboards, and reports aligning with industry best practices.
- Manage data migration strategies, including data cleansing, mapping, and import validation activities.
- Deliver comprehensive user training programs and create detailed functional documentation and manuals.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution and issue tracking.
- Provide expert post-go-live support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with developers to bridge functional requirements and technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant with full-cycle implementation expertise.
- Deep functional knowledge of at least three core Odoo modules (e.g., Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR).
- Proven track record of successfully leading at least 2-3 full-cycle Odoo implementations from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and the ability to map them effectively to Odoo standard features.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Odoo certification (Functional or Implementation) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Taguig City as required for project activities.
