Join Shopee's dynamic Operations team as a Functional Lead and drive excellence in inbound and outbound logistics processes. This critical role oversees the end-to-end operational journey – from product sourcing and inventory management to order fulfillment and last-mile delivery. You'll optimize supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless customer experiences across Shopee's platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize inbound/outbound logistics processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve performance targets
- Develop/implement SOPs for warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders for seamless supply chain flow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and service enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of operations experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse management
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Proficiency in process optimization and performance metrics
