- Oversee daily operations of inbound receiving, sortpack, and outbound fulfillment teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with 1+ years in leadership
- Expertise in inbound/outbound operations and sortpack processes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
