Functional Lead - SCommerce (Biñan, Laguna)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Functional Lead to join our SCommerce team at Shopee, based in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving functional excellence across our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless integration of commerce solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

As a Functional Lead, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. You will also be required to oversee operations in Biñan, Laguna, and ensure alignment with our local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of SCommerce projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies.
• Optimize supply chain and logistics operations for e-commerce.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee operational activities in Biñan, Laguna, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in functional lead or similar role in e-commerce.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Shopee’s ecosystem is a plus.
• Willingness to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
