Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications and CRM workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or custom CRMs).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Validate system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between front-end, back-end, and third-party services.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across various browsers and device environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, PMO, Business Analysis) to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Design and maintain essential test data sets required for various testing scenarios.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing quality metrics and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the evolution of automated test scripts to improve overall efficiency and test coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in functional QA testing, specifically with Web Applications and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and API testing (REST/SOAP) for validating data integrity and backend processes.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
