Tanggung Jawab
- Provide functional support for enterprise software applications and systems
- Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements
- Document processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct user training and workshops to maximize system utilization
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Manage incident tickets through to resolution within SLA parameters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in functional support or IT analyst role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in SQL and database management principles
- Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous
