Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's bank accounts and all related financial transactions with precision and accuracy
- Process payments, deposits, and withdrawals while ensuring proper documentation and authorization
- Reconcile bank statements monthly and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including trial balance preparation and adjustments
- Generate financial reports, including cash flow statements and fund performance summaries
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fund accounting, general accounting, or financial services
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles, standards, and best practices
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred but not required
